Everybody is unique, so with my methods every single one of my clients is delivered a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. about me

Hi my name is Micha and I have a level 4 Gym Instructor & Personal Trainer Master Diploma, a level 3 Award in Adapting Exercise for Ante Natal and Post Natal Clients and a certificate in Kettlebell Training.

 

In terms of nutrition, to further up-skill my nutrition knowledge gained from my level 4 Master Diploma, I am currently studying with Mac Nutrition Uni, a world-renowned evidence-based nutrition course where I am learning from one of the best evidence based practitioners in the industry- Martin MacDonald. A core value of my business to be constantly developing and furthering my knowledge to be able to coach my clients with the most up to date evidence-based approach suited to you so I am equipped with all the tools to provide you with the best service and get you the results you’ve been dreaming of.

As your coach, a goal of mine is not just to help you achieve your dream body. It is more than that. My goal is to help you achieve your dream mindset, I want to support you in becoming the best version of yourself; from your training performance, mindset, food relationship and aesthetic goals. Online coaching with me is not about the transformation photo; it is not a quick fix to get you the quickest results in the shortest amount of time to post on social media.

I don’t just want to help you achieve your dream body, I want to help you achieve the dream MINDSET which will enable you to benefit from long term success. The fitness industry is saturated with online coaches, training programmes and e-books all promising to get you the ‘perfect’ body in as little as 10 weeks. My online coaching programme is not a ‘fast track ticket’, nor is it a quick fix for results. Instead, my online coaching is focused on developing a healthy relationship with food, understanding the key principles of training and nutrition, implementing daily habits and sustainable lifestyle changes and learning to love yourself first!

During the consultation process, I will analyse your current diet and eating habits, exercise regime and training history.

muscle daily schedule, medical history and underlying motivations to start online coaching. I evaluate this to create highly individualised programmes to ensure you reach your goals.

You will receive a tailored nutrition plan using the approach that is suitable for you. I provide macro targets, and a meal plan option so from analyse we can use the approach that will suit you best to keep you on track. All meal plans are tailored to your dietary needs and to suit your daily life and the macros allow you to have the flexibility you may need.

training

You will receive a tailored training programme specific to your goal. All workouts are designed to fit around your schedule and lifestyle. You have the option to select a gym or home program as everything will be tailored to the equipment you have available. All programs follow the progressive overload principle so they will be changed when required to ensure you keep progressing towards that all important goal.

As your coach I am here to give you support and guidance every step the way so you have accountability to keep you on track. I will help you assess any barriers you may have are stopping you from reaching your goals and guide you to a more confident, healthier happier you.

WEEKLY CHECK INS

Each week you will have the opportunity to check in with me where we log your progress from the previous week. My app allows you to track your weight, measurements and photos all in one place, so this is great to reflect back on how much you have achieved and also holds you accountable.

Check ins are essential for me to make any required changes to your plans so I can ensure you are consistently progressing towards the goals we have created. I take a holistic approach by asking feedback on your mindset, energy, sleep and eating habits as I truly believe health is multifaceted so getting great results is not just about decreasing the number on the scale.

TECHNIQUE

FEEDBACK

Weight training can be scary for many individuals and quite often there is a misconception that you need to be at a certain level to be able to start a coaching program- this is absolutely not the case!

As part of my coaching, clients can send me videos of them performing the exercises in their program so I can tweak and provide exercise cues and tips to improve their form and exercise technique. This is extremely important as I want all clients to perform exercises safely and with great form to help them build their confidence in the gym.
